Recent Projects

Over the years FES Consultants has worked on a number of different projects for used extruder machines.  Listed below are some examples with details on how the machines are being used.

Wenger X-155 Machine

This machine is being used to manufacture petfood.  On this project we sourced the machine for the clients and re-built the machine to meet their specific requirements. 

Wenger X-200 Machine

This machine is also being used to manufacture petfood.  Our clients had purchased the machine and needed us to refurbish it for their requirements.

Wenger TX-144

This machine is currently being used to manufacture food ingredients.  We worked as consultants on this project to ensure that firstly the idea would work and then adapting the machine and other equipment to meet their requirements.    

We are currently working on projects for a machine Wenger TX-144 which will be used to manufacture cereal and a Clextral BC72 and BC82 which will be used to manufacture pasta snacks
