Frisby Extrusion Services Ltd prides itself in being able to offer the customer exactly what they want. We can make parts to the exact same design and specification as the Original Equipment manufacturer, or we make modified parts from a different metallurgy to specific design to meet customers desired requirements.

Twin Screw Machines
FES make consumables for all major twin screw extruders. These pictures show new parts for Wenger TX machines, Clextral BC machines and Buhler machines. We also make parts for APV, W&P and others.
Single Screw Machines
We manufacture parts for all single screw Wenger machines, from X-20 up to and including X-235. Many of these parts are held in stock.
We also make Extru-Tech, Sprout Matador and other single screw machine parts.
Dies and Knives
FES manufacture a wide range of blades, knives and knife holders suitable for most extruder machines. We are also able to advise and manufacture dies to our customers specific requirements. Please contact us for more information.
Refurbishment
FES are able to refurbish most single screw machine screws and barrels. The pictures here show Wenger and Sprout matador parts. We are also able to refurbish the larger twin screw machines. These include Wenger TX-138 and TX-168 barrels and Clextral BC160 screws. These parts are usually rebuilt with Stellite 6 or 12.
Special Development
As well as being able to refurbish the cone liners for Wenger TX-138 and TX-168 machines, we can modify a worn cone head to accept liners. the cost to replace the worn liner is significantly less than that of new or refurbished heads.
